FROM INDIVIDUALS & PROFESSIONALS TO BECOME MEMBERS OF A TECHNICALGROUP TO WORK ON ISSUES RELATED TO SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER, HIV AND HUMAN RIGHTS UNDER THE MULTI- COUNTRY SOUTH ASIA (MSA) REGIONAL HIV PROJECTSUPPORTED BY THE GLOBAL FUND
Background: The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPASri Lanka) is the Sub Recipient of the Multi Country South Asia Global Fund project on HIV prevention, implemented by Save the Children international in Nepal as Principal Recipient. The grant is provided by the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM).
The objective is to bring together experts from various sectors to strengthen the multi-sectoral focus needed for HIV prevention, where their expertise will be further strengthened through training in order to address the issues of affected populations.
Eligibility: Experts with a background in Social Sciences, Justice, PublicHealth, Media&Communication & Human Rights with not less than 5 years of experience in the chosen field are welcome to apply to th e technical hub. The candidate should be bi-lingual, proficient in either English and Sinhala or English and Tamil.
