1 to 2 years’ experience as a team leader or a relevant supervisory role
Should be highly fluent in English

Ensuring a smooth process at all times
Making calls and fixing appointments with foreign clients

Personal Attributes and skills
Should possess goof leadership skills
Strong communication skills is a must
Loud and clear voice would be an advantage
