Strategy development for designing a distribution network, sales force and compensation system in order to deliver the sales and growth objectives.
Identifying potential distributors for each region, appointing & managing them.
Demarcation of sales regions, recruitment of a team of field sales supervisors to achieve / exceed set revenue and unit targets across multiple regions.
Set targets & monitor the daily/weekly including sales visits of the sales team while guiding, motivating and coaching them.
Tertiary qualification in either Sales or Marketing Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3-4 years of field sales/ distributor management experience within the mobile phone industry
Understanding of current products/categories (with a high degree of technical understanding) within the mobile phone industry.
Strong network of genuine contacts, inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with distributors, retailers in the mobile phone /consumer electronics trade.
