• The candidate should be able to formulate action plans to maximize sales of the Region/Area
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Ensure company guidelines are executed On Time and in Full in the responsible Region/Area
• Distributor and key customer management to ensure company objectives are met
The right candidate will have the following Qualifications.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skills is required
• Full or part qualification in CIM or SLIM would be preferred
• Experience in Area Sales Management at least 3 years, prior experience in similar industry and/or sales is preferred
