Main Responsibilities
■ Overall responsibility for HRIS of the group and make sure HR master data are updated, maintained in the system in an accurate and timely manner.
■ Coordinate with external HRIS Vendor and Internal users to make sure the smooth operation of the system.
■ Identify the developments in the system to uplift HRIS further.
■ Train users in HR division, Admin Users, new comers to handle the system and make sure their knowledge is sufficient enough to carry out functions.
■ Coordinate with vendors, IT department, and system users with regard to any issue in the system and attend to rectify such cases immediately.
■ Preparation of reports, related to all personnel transactions
such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations.
■ Provide required statistics, reports from HRIS as at when required by the management.
■ Conduct periodic audits in the system (at least quarter basis) and make preventive and corrective actions for findings.

Candidate should possess
■Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Sinhala languages with the ability to interact well with the management and staff at all levels.
■Be highly organized, proactive, energetic and positive minded when dealing with the staff.
■Hands on experience in HRIS is mandatory and involved in the implementation of HRIS would be an added advantage.
■Be self – motivated and committed with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications and Experience
■ Possess a Degree/ Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in HRM. ■Certificate or Diploma level
qualification in IT
■ 1 year or more work experience in the HR Filed in a reputed company with modern HR Practices.
