Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Apptizer Inc

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to expand our business in the US market. The selected candidate should be passionate about penetrating into new markets, enjoys communicating via phone, email, as well as in person and should possess excellent business communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities;
► Develop Client engagement strategies (eg: mail, cold call campaigns and related)
► Create new business leads and set up appointments on behalf of Account Managers
► Manage the day to day relationships with existing customer base and support new business development initiatives
► Accurately maintain and expand the database prospects in CRM system
► Research and identify key decision makers to target within corporations and firms using CRM. Internet and Social media
► Understanding the product and effectively communicating the features to prospects
► Retain current designated customer base by providing exceptional service and developing professional relationships

Required Skills and Experience;
► 1-3 years of professional experience; preference to candidates with prior experience supporting sales/business development
► Experience in B2B IT solution selling will be a definite advantage
► High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
► Have a passion towards sales and consultative selling
► Strong image, business acumen, relationship management and communication skills
► Have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with strong command of English
