ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the development team and business operations team and attend to business operations and level 2/3 customer support requests.
Monitor Server logs and takes corrective / preventive actions where necessary.
Responsible for the implementation and execution of the support requests escalated from Business Operations.
Ensure assigned project-related work is delivered on time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Degree in IT or other related technical field.
2+ years experience in a similar capacity. (Preferably production system experience.)
Strong SQL skills on Relational Databases like MySQL.
Hands-on experience on issue tracking systems, AWS EC2 based Linux Servers, Remote and Collaborative communication tools.
Experience on tools like ELK, Grafana, Bash scripting to automate routine tasks is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
Willingness to work remotely when required and work in a 24×7 rotating roster.
