o Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources – Recruitment o Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
o A committed, energetic member with honesty and integrity o Passion for learning and working in a challenging environment o Excellent communication skills in English
o Acquire the requested talents from shop floor to staff level while completing the
recruitment process starting from job posting to job offer o Aware and consult hiring managers on the recruitment process and represent the
interviews as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator o On Boarding of new employees facilitating smooth placement at the work place o Involve in developing talent sourcing strategies and ways to attract best talents
while representing the organization at talent sourcing events o Administer staff Probation evaluations, Management Trainee evaluation and
employee promotion process o Take the responsibility in completion of the assigned projects related to Talent Management team
