The Opportunity
The IT Systems/Infrastructure Service Desk is an integral part of the organisation. This business unit comprises of highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to their service objectives.
You will be working as part of a growing service desk team as a Systems Support Engineer providing support to our extensive client base. This position requires excellent communication skills, dedication and commitment

Technically you will be capable of:
s Working with Windows Servers 2003 to 2012
s Working with MS Exchange, Active Directory, DHCR DNS, GPO Management, WSUS IIS & ISA servers
s Lotus Notes Client configuration and application (is desirable ) s Working with virtualisation technologies
s Working with networking technologies (configuration, security protocols, Firewall, WAN + LAN)
s Handling MAC/ Linux/ CITRIX technologies s Handling Data Backup technologies s Working with Desktop Windows 7 and 8.1 s Troubleshooting laptop and desktop hardware s Configuring Apple, Windows and Android phones

You will have the Following Qualifications:
s Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma) in a related IT discipline s A desirable knowledge of HIL best practices s A Microsoft certification such as MCSE/MCITP
s Knowledge/experience on Microsoft Azure (AzureAD, Application Proxy, MFA etc.) is desirable
