We are looking for an active and effective Individual to join one of our Leading Company as a Recruitment Consultant.

*The ideal candidate should have a valid reason to working from Home

Qualifications and experience
Degree or a professional qualification in HR
Should be able to communicate in English fluently
Minimum 1-2 years experince in HR field

Job Role
Candidate will be responsible to filter, screen and schedule candidates for clients according to their requirements.
Directly dealing with the clients and will be required to make sure all the vacancies assigned has to be closed within the assigned time period.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.

Personal Attributes and skills
Good IT literacy skills
Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
Able to multitask and work under pressure
