Key Requirements & Work Attributes
Should have 5+ years of experience in production as Production Manager.
Excellent knowledge on the Food – Organic industry.
Must be able to at least handle and dispatch 10-15 containers a month.
Must be able to handle pressure and stress very well.
Must be able to organize and plan well and meet deadlines.
Must be able to take up any challenges and face any issues and overcome them.
Well versed in English and Sinhala with good communication and coordination skills.
Should be able to take constructive criticism well and been able to bring in new ideas, creative innovations and valuable contributions and concepts to the company.
Degree in Food Science or any other qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized Institute would be an advantage.
Excellent communication / problem solving & analytical skills.
Age between 30 – 45.
