OFFICE MANAGERS – COLOMBO
SALARY – NEGOTIABLE
One of our prestigious International Clients’ is looking for “Office Managers” to work in their Colombo office immediately.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all-round duties of Finance, Accounting, HR and Office Administration.
Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge, able to perform a full set of accounts and due diligence.
Liaise with Government Departments when necessary.
Carry out all Human Resources related tasks such as Recruitment, Leave Records, Payroll, Income Tax Filing, Employee Benefits Management, Work Visa Applications, Staff Relocations, Staff Quarter Management, Etc.
Travel arrangements for staff travel between Sri Lanka and other countries including Accommodation, Transportations, Visa Applications, Etc.
Handle a wide range of administrative functions including Renovation, Office Supplies Administration, Company Assets Management, Etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Willing to travel and handle works outside the office.
Able to work independently and with deadlines.
Self-motivated and pro-active.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Degree holder or above in Finance or Accounting discipline.
5 years experience in a similar capacity.
Experience in liaising with Government Departments preferred.
Good at both spoken and written English.
Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage but not a must.
