ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Delegating responsibilities and supervising tasks/projects.
Training, Motivating, and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from employees.
Monitoring task activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
3+ years’ experience working in a similar capacity.
Should possess a strong understanding of leadership principles.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to analyse and process information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Ability to use their own initiative.
Commitment to providing exceptional support to staff members.
Motivation to work and encouraging other staff to do the same.
Team player with a pleasing personality.
