Manager – Human Resources – Virtusa (Pvt.) Ltd

Experience:
• Minimum of 8+ years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
(in a large conglomerate/ multinational) with more than 5+ years at a managerial level
• Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of Human Resources activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / Human Resources
• MBA will be an added advantage

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in a Business Partnering / Advisory role
• Ability to represent the Human Resources function as part of the bigger business picture
• Ability to direct and advise line managers on all aspects of people management and development

Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of HR strategies respective to the business unit
• Manage Annual Appraisal Cycles
• Manage Talent and Succession Planning, and effectively drive employee engagement
