Qualifications and experience
A degree in HRM or a relevant professional qualification
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a Managerial position in HR
Fluent in English
Should possess a good knowledge in over all HR functions
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned
Support current and future business needs through development,
Nurture a positive work environment.
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
