We are Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Software Development and Operations company.
• Roster based -> Day Shift (at Office), USA Shift 1 (SL 5 PM to 1 AM), USA Shift 2 (Midnight to 8 AM)
• Non Roster -> Day Shift at office with ability work extra during weekends Skills and Knowledge:

• Interest in implementing Application Support Systems
• Graduates, IT students, Undergraduate BIT students (first year), A/L completed students – anyone who is serious about developing a career in IT
• Having high attention to details and organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Likes to learn IT skills and use on the job learning to advance in career
• Want to learn Data analysis, data science, and data manipulation techniques
• Ability to learnt MongoDB, SQL, Scripting, Automation, Linux
• Excellent written English and Good spoken English
• Attitude of always wanting to do things better

• Prepare and Load data, reports and validate, Process Reports
• Check quality issues of Application Systems
• Implement, Monitor, Maintain and Support Applications, Cloud IT Support
• Ticket Handling, Client Handling (require good English knowledge)
• Data checking, Analysis, create reports, charts using modern data analytics tools
