ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The ability to communicate effectively with relevant people.
Report work back to the appropriate manager.
Follow steps provided in training guidelines to ensure tasks are being carried out effectively.
Communicate via Email with customers.
Use researched and relevant information given to create/re-create data.
Ability to interpret data, make sense of it, put it in your own words and use it appropriately.
Use and understand systems to complete the relevant tasks.
Take time to understand the logic behind the systems and how they run.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar capacity.
Basic IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS Office, Etc.)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to analyse and process information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Ability to use their own initiative.
Commitment to providing exceptional support to the company & customers.
Great motivation to work.
Team player with a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
