The above position requires, dynamic & effective candidate in the Hospitality industry with exceptional leadership qualities and ability to drive towards company goals.
Selected candidate is the person who is bearing overall responsibility for day to day operations in the Pastry kitchen & responsible for all food production including pastries, creating breads, desserts & other baked goods.
Responsibilities would include:
• Producing new menus, new dishes & maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
• Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes;
• Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements;
• Supervising & training other staff in the Pastiy Kitchen
• Computer Literacy
Applicant should possess a minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. Age below 35 years
Preference will be given to applicants who possess a Diploma in Hospitality management or similar qualifications from a reputed Hotel School.
