Personable young ladies aged should be between 20 – 28 years. Fluent in English and preferably another foreign language. Exceptional ability and confidence to effectively interact with a diverse clientele. Capacity to work long hours and work under pressure. 2 years experience in the hospitality industry foreign language would be an added advantage will be an added advantage.

Graduate of a recognized University or equivalent professional qualifications in HRM. Excellent command in written and spoken English. 4-5 years experience in the same capacity. Excellent Interpersonal skills. High degree of commitment, dedication and integrity. Should be able to handle HR policies and procedures, Government regulations pertaining to HR policies, employment practices and labour work. Building trust, establishing relationships, develop communication channels, improving the quality of the work environment and motivate employees. Effectively handle personnel policies, training and development, staff welfare, health and safety, employee relations and labour disputes, payroll, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, performance and competency management.
