Guest Relations Manager – Colombo Fort Hotels

Colombo Fort Hotels Ltd (holding company of Sigiriya Village-Sigiriya, The Palms-Beruwala, Club Palm Bay-Marawila & Fishennan’s Bay- Weligama) is in search of suitably qualified, dedicated individual for employment at The Palms, Beruwala.

• Demonstrate sendee attributes in accordance with industry expectations and hotel standards.
• Be willing to greeting guests, handle guests checking in & check out. providing information 011 hotel amenities and guest services.
• Handle all guest complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the guests. Ensure that 110 guest checks out of our properties dissatisfied.
• Must be adaptable and flexible to various work conditions.
• Excellent oral, listening, writing and coaching skills.
• Ability to speak & write in a foreign language would be an added advantage.
• Providing professional and personalized sendees to all guests, especially VIPs, long stay and repeat guests.
• Must be flexible with duty hours and be able to work in the weekends.
