The Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides 24/7 Monitoring Services to our clients and responds to Alerts by analysing, troubleshooting and tracking problems to resolution.
Your core functions will be to manage & develop this dynamic team on par with industry/global standards to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.
Technically you will be capable of:
S Understanding NOC operations, IT best practices, industry trends/benchmarks and
customer service S Learning and retaining information in a fast -paced environment
S Extensive knowledge and experience in Windows Servers, Network Monitoring platforms such as Whatsup Gold, Nagios, Solarwinds & enterprise backup software such as Symantec BackupExec, HP Data Protector etc s Demonstrating attention to detail with the ability to co-relate events across IT
infrastructure s Planning & Managing resources
You will have the Following Qualifications:
S A relevant tertiary qualification in IT
S Minimum 2 years of experience in Systems & Network Administration S Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
