Junior Technical Support Analyst

Duties include:
> Providing exceptional customer service
> Ability to build rapport with people quickly.
> Offering technical assistance to customers will be core duties,

In addition to a positive and enthusiastic other skills you might possess are:
• Good knowledge of SQL (Mandatory)
• Good Knowledge of Linux shell scripting (Mandatory)
• Server/PC troubleshooting
• Call Centre support in a financial or IT background
• IT/Helpdesk experience or strong technical aptitude
• Some accounting or banking knowledge
