Your duties & responsibilities include:
Conduct the following in a timely and effective manner in order to ensure employee motivation and satisfaction:
Counsel, analyze and follow up on all grievances directed to the Employee Relations section whilst liaising/ coordinating with relevant personnel and teams in order to resolve/mitigate such grievances thereby ensuring such concerns are sorted out in a timely and effective manner
Coordinate with the HR and Administration team to conduct induction sessions for all new recruits in order to enhance their understanding of the organization and the counseling services offered to its employees
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree/ Diploma in counselling
• Qualifications in Human Resources – Advantageous
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of counselling methods and techniques
