We are seeking for a self-starter who possesses excellent communication and analytical skills to join our Software Development Services (SDS) team based in our regional office in Colombo.
The SDS team is responsible for delivering end-to-end Software Solutions for our global, enterprise and mid-market clientele. The team will liaise directly with various levels of client organizations including C-Level executives, Project Managers, Technical & Non-Technical teams to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are delivered as a part of each project.
The individual should be sharp, service oriented, a team player and have the ability to take the initiative in driving projects forward.
Technically you will be capable of:
Understanding and capturing business models, operating methodologies in detail.
Systems requirement elicitation & Business Process Modelling
Documenting User Stories and Use Cases preferably on tools such as JIRA
Liaising directly with key stakeholders of the projects to understand and convey
Managing and Maintaining Product Wikis
Assisting technical leads to drive development iterations forward as an emerging SCRUM Master
Ensure accuracy & high level attention to detail when completing all tasks Assisting with any project related non-technical tasks as deemed necessary by the Project Teams.
You will have the Following Experience and Qualifications:
S Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis / Functional consultancy. S A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Supply Chain
Management or a relevant field will be an added advantage. S An excellent standard of written and spoken English . S Exposure to international Clients and Excellent customer service skills
