Personal Assistant to the Chairman – Beverly Street

WANTED: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN

JOB DUTIES
1. Arrange & coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes & publish
2. Manage appointments, calendar & timely reminders ensuring nothing will not be missing
3. Handle all documentation, letters & emails drafting, calls, filing accurately & confidentially
4. Manage day today administrative activities
5. Ability to work as a backup Receptionist when required
6. Assist the Finance division on administrative activities
7. Perform additional duties commensurate with the role as and when required

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Excellent communication skills in English Language (Oral & Written)
2. Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email etc.)
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
4. Working experience or relevant professional qualification is desirable
