We are looking for a dynamic individual who wish to develop his carrier path in Human Resources.

Tob Responsibilities
• Assist with day to day operations of HR functions & duties.
• Provide information to employee’s payroll.
• Work under less supervision, self motivated and flexible towards working hours.
• Compile & update employee records/personal files.
• Ability in developing presentations & reports.
• Coordinate & communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and handle employee inductions.
• Ability to monitor and handle Time & Attendance system.

Tob Specifications
• Part/Full qualification in PQHRM.
• Should have excellent command in English and computer literacy including MS Office package.

Close proximity to Colombo area would be an added advantage.
