Financial Manager – Seychelles – Intelvision

REPORTING TO: Financial Controller

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To establish and maintain financial and management procedures for company;
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as relating to Company law, and in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Board of Directors ensure adequate resource acquisition for the development of services;
• Providing and interpreting financial information;
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans ;
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• Analyzing competitors and market trends;
• Developing financial management mechanism that minimise financial risk;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities;
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Managing Budget;
• Arranging new sources of finance for the company’s debt facilities
• Supervising finance employees
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Professional qualification such as ACA, ACMA or ACCA Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position Ability to lead and contribute to the team
Ability to work in a fully integrated accounting system and experience in systems implementation is necessary.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualification.
