Finance Support Officer – WIS Group

The employee is expected to call up leads immediately on receipt and convert them to a sale. We are looking for:
• Sharp individuals who can work independently with very little supervision
• Excellent standard of spoken English
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Work UK hours (2.00 pm to 10.0pm in the winter and 1.30 pm to 9.30 pm in the summer)
• Preferably having customer service experience
• Working for a UK based call Centre with selling experience will be an added advantage. What is expected from the

• Managing leads and converting them to sales
• Recording of collected information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer inquiries/leads where necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary up to Rs. 40,000 based on experience
• Performance-related incentives based on sales converted.
