The candidate we have in mind should be below 50 years of age, having obtained extensive professional training and qualifications from a well recognized catering training institution in food production, combined with local and overseas experience in star class, upscale hotels. He should be enthusiastic, creative and well versed in menu planning, food cost control and have had hands-on exposure to both Western, Eastern and fusion cooking. Fine-dining experience although is not essential, attention to detail is a must. He should be a leader who will inspire team spirit amongst his brigade with excellent administrative capabilities with previous experience in a similar position. The remuneration package will be above industry average with a host of fringe benefits.
