Senior Customer Service Executive – CallCeylon UK Ltd

A UK based customer support call centre is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive (Male Only) to join their existing customer service team based in Kadawatha. We are a telecom company with a UK customer base. A friendly and dynamic working environment. Previous experience of a senior customer service role is a must.

The successful candidate will have:
1. Ability to hold a conversation in English – a must have
2. Professional and friendly phone manners
3. Methodical and well organized work ethics
4. Experience MS office and be PC literate
• You should be living Nearby Kadawatha, Mahara, Ragama, Ganemulla & Kelaniya
• Previous experience in customer service or sales as a team leader or senior officer is important. We are looking for someone with passion to learn and the right attitude to work.
• The remuneration package consists of 25k – 30k per month basic + sales commission + bonus with a guaranteed annual salary increment.
• Working hours are from 9am – mid night, 7 days a week using 3 shifts: 9am – 6pm, 11am – 8pm & 3pm – midnight. Based on the rotating roster there are 2 late shifts(3pm – midnight) per week that you may have to do.
